Dear Mr. David Pastor:
My name is Heather S. and your facility repaired my 08 Impala today. It had
failed inspection due to emissions. I am writing to express how incredibly
happy I was with the entire process. The vehicle had to be tested and once the
repairs where identified your Service Consultant contacted me. I did not expect
such bad news (repairs where over $500). However, by the manner in which Mr.
Roblin delivered the outcome I wasn't even upset. I am not quite sure how he
accomplished such a thing. He reviewed all the numbers with me and willingly
answered all my questions. Mr. Roblin had my trust; at no time did I feel like
big dealership was ripping off the lonely female. Trust me I know this feeling
well.
I would also like to commend the technician, Rick, who repaired my vehicle. I
had dropped it off last night for an appointment today. I received a call
shortly after 10am that the repairs where done, I was shocked. He had actually
started the night before, as he was waiting around the shop; amazing.
My experience with the team of professionals at RK Auto Group was Service
received Above and Beyond. Mr. Michael Roblin managed to make an unpleasant
situation a lot less painful. As a result, I will be sure to return for other
repairs and routine service.

Dear Mr. Gee; I hope you get this message. I wanted to let you know personally what a great dealership you have. Just when we thought you couldn't surprise us anymore with great service, you do. Not only was the buying experience painless because of John, and our salesman Nick, I got a call from Nick last night and he told me our tags were in. When I got there, He went outside in the cold and put them on the car! This morning I had to call your service department because of a light that was on in the car for my tire pressure. John in the service Dept. told me to come right over and he would take care of it. I was greeted with a huge smile from him and he fixed the problem (low tire pressure) right away! Again I can't begin to tell you how great you all are. Buying a car was always a bad experience for me. But you changed all that with your great staff. I had a very pleasant experience at your dealership on November 29! John, Subaru Service Manager and Dave Pastor arranged the repair of some body work on my Outback. Kathy, in the Body Shop, arranged a rental car for me to use. my car was repaired and ready for me at 4PM the next day!!!

To whom it may concern,
I purchased a new Subaru WRX from Lou Teti at Subaru of Vineland in Vineland, NJ using Subaru’s VIP Purchasing Program. I had to write to you to let you know what a great job Lou did. First he had to get the car to Vineland from Cape May, NJ because we purchased a blue WRX and his store didn’t have it in the color we wanted to get to surprise our son, Lou got the car the next day! What service! When I came the next day to test drive the new car the check engine light came on and stayed on. Now I was starting to get a little skittish about buying this car until Lou calmed me down. Lou took the car to the shop and by chance there was a regional mechanic supervisor in the shop that day. Lou explained the problem to him and they went over the car with a fine tooth comb because they knew we were giving this new car to our son. That made me feel really good because now I know the safety of my son was also a concern to the people of Subaru. That is a good feeling to have as a father knowing that your dealership will take good care of my son should something happens. The regional supervisor even went out of his way to find me and tell me the problem was a simple one, a vacuum hose had come loose. Now if Lou didn’t tell the mechanic about my son they might have rushed to get the car fixed but they didn’t because this is a salesman with a heart and you should recognize this and keep him around. I personally would like to thank Lou for taking care of my sons’ car and safety. I will now tell everyone I know to purchase a Subaru because Subaru is a company that cares, and you can thank Lou for that!
